A plan built around you
We look at your concerns, skin, budget, and schedule. Then we suggest a mix of treatments likely to work for you, with estimated costs.
Booking and coordination
We book the clinics, work out the timing, and handle all the back-and-forth with them.
A coordinator who comes with you
On treatment day, your dedicated coordinator goes with you and interprets for you during your consultation with the doctor. They’re on your side and help you ask what you want to know.

Can I get a consultation if I’m not sure what treatment I want?
Of course. Just tell us your concerns and the change you’re hoping for, and we’ll figure out the right treatments with you.
What happens after I get in touch?
We’ll pair you with a dedicated coordinator for a one-on-one consultation. They’ll go over treatments, clinics, costs, and your schedule with you. Ask them anything.
Do treatments cost more if I book through MOSIM?
No. The treatment prices we share are the same ones the clinic would quote you directly. You pay the clinic for treatments. MOSIM’s service fee is separate, and we’ll walk you through it.
How much is MOSIM’s service fee?
We’ll go over it in your consultation. The fee covers clinic selection, your personal plan, and booking and communicating with clinics. It also covers your coordinator coming with you on treatment day to interpret. Flights and hotels aren’t included.
When will I find out the clinic’s name?
Once you book with us. In your consultation, we’ll walk you through our criteria and why we chose it.
How long should I stay in Seoul? And how long is recovery?
It depends on the treatment. Once you’ve chosen your treatments in the consultation, we’ll plan the length of your stay and your schedule around them.
Can I cancel or change my dates after paying a deposit?
We’ll explain our cancellation and rescheduling terms before you book.
